PanelDrill is a practice tool. You answer written practice scenarios out loud; three AI panelists ask follow-up questions; the transcript is scored against a published rubric. It is not a training course, not an examination, not an evaluation of your readiness, and not a service of any employer, agency or testing vendor.
Schlee LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any law enforcement agency, police department, sheriff's office, civil service commission, assessment center vendor, labor organization or training academy. PanelDrill contains no actual examination questions from any agency or vendor. All scenarios are written by Schlee LLC.
We do not promise a passing score, a list placement, a promotion or any other outcome in any real process. A PanelDrill score is a practice score against our rubric and nothing more.
A pass is for one person. Boards and voice minutes are tied to one account and may not be shared, resold or transferred. Access is time-limited as stated at purchase (45 days on the Sergeant Pass, 60 days on the Command Pass), beginning on the day access opens, not on the day you pay.
Do not upload another person's confidential material, actual examination content, or personnel records. Do not attempt to extract our prompts, scenarios or rubric for resale. Do not use PanelDrill to make employment decisions about another person — it is a self-practice tool, not an assessment instrument.
Scenarios, rubric, prompts and reports are the property of Schlee LLC. Your transcripts and the reports generated from them are yours; we do not use them to train AI models.
We may change, add or remove scenarios and features. If a change removes something you paid for, write to us and we will extend your access or refund you.
PanelDrill is provided as is, for practice. To the extent permitted by law, Schlee LLC is not liable for decisions you make based on a practice report, or for any outcome in a real promotional process.
These terms are governed by the law of the state in which Schlee LLC is organised.
Account: your email address. Purchase: order data from Stripe (we never see your full card number). Practice: the text transcript of each board, the scores, and the report. Optional: what you type into the Agency Brief form. Technical: standard server logs and, if you arrived from an ad, the advertising identifiers described below.
We do not store your microphone audio after a drill. We do not create a voiceprint. We do not analyse tone of voice, emotion, accent or stress. We do not ask for your badge number, personnel file or agency credentials, and you should not send them to us.
We use: Netlify (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payment), Anthropic (scoring and panel questions), ElevenLabs (voice and speech-to-text), Resend (email). Each processes data on our instruction.
If you reach this site from an ad, we may receive Meta's click and browser identifiers and send Meta a record of the page view and, after payment, the purchase, so the ad can be attributed. We send a hashed form of your email address for matching; we do not send your transcripts, scores or anything you typed in the Agency Brief.
You can delete any transcript in your account at any time. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it by emailing support@paneldrill.com. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights (access, correction, portability, appeal); write to the same address and we will answer.
Transcripts and reports stay while your access window runs, then until you ask us to delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
PanelDrill is for working adults in a supervisory promotional process and is not directed at anyone under 18.
The window. You can request a full refund within 7 calendar days after your access opens (for presale orders: 5–12 October 2026), provided you have used no more than 2 boards. "Used" means a board that was started; you do not have to finish it for it to count.
How. Email support@paneldrill.com from the address you ordered with and write "refund". You do not have to give a reason. We refund the full purchase price to the original payment method, normally within 3 business days of approving the request; your bank may take longer to show it.
Before access opens. Between your purchase and 5 October 2026 you can cancel at any time for a full refund, no reason needed — just email us. If access does not open on 5 October, we will write to you and you can cancel for a full refund.
After the window. After the 7 days, or once you have started a third board, the purchase is final. This is stated before checkout and on your receipt.
Agency Brief ($29). Refundable while it has not yet been delivered to you. Once your personalised brief has been sent, that portion is final; the rest of your order still follows the normal rule.
If your board is rescheduled. If your agency moves your board date, we extend your access window once by up to 30 days at no cost instead of refunding. Just write to us.
If it does not work on your equipment. If you cannot produce a usable transcript in your first two boards and our support cannot resolve it with you, we refund you in full even outside the normal window.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may close the account while the dispute runs. Emailing us is faster.
Everything in a PanelDrill board is generated by artificial intelligence. The panelists are synthetic voices reading questions produced by a language model from the scenario and from what you just said. The scoring is produced by a language model against the rubric published on the sales page.
There is no human examiner reviewing your answers. A PanelDrill report is not a professional evaluation, not a psychological assessment, and not a prediction of any real result.
How a score is produced: each of the six dimensions is scored 1 to 5 against written anchors; the model scores the same transcript three separate times and we keep the median of the three. That improves reproducibility — it is not a claim of accuracy.
AI systems make mistakes. A score can be wrong, and a follow-up question can misread what you meant. If a report looks wrong to you, write to support@paneldrill.com; we read those and use them to fix the rubric.
Before your first board you will be asked to agree to this section. In short:
What happens: while you speak, your microphone audio is streamed to a speech-to-text service and comes back as text with timestamps. The panel and the scoring work on that text.
What we do not do: we do not write your audio to our storage, we do not keep it after the drill, we do not create a voiceprint or any other biometric identifier, and we do not analyse tone, emotion, accent or stress. Communication (dimension three) is measured from the transcript and its timestamps — word counts, pauses, whether the question asked was the question answered.
What our processor does: the speech-to-text provider processes audio to produce the text.
Other people: do not run a board where someone else can be heard. The panel is synthetic; the only voice that should reach it is yours.
Withdrawing: you can stop a board at any time, and you can delete any transcript from your account. Deleting a transcript removes it from our database.
